The Problem Statement –

A Delhi based staples food company wanted to grow their volume by adopting a more scientific approach to ensure sustainable growth.

Pre-Training –

Training Rollout –

The training content for each module was rolled out in 2 phases:

  • Phase 1 – For SRs to understand the in-market execution
  • Phase 2 – For ASMs to plan the rollout and coach the SRs in the field

Post Training –

The ASMs were guided to set their own targets for the growth area, for that they were provided with the:

  • Relevant Planning Tool
  • Relevant Processes, and
  • Data required to execute the plan
Finally, measures were set and Dashboard created for daily monitoring.

Periodic review with team was also planned to address execution challenges faced by the team.
