After completing his MBA, specializing in marketing, Sandeep worked in reputed organi- zations like Unilever, Airtel and HDFC Bank. He used his expertise in sales management to execute the company’s strategy in the market successfully. He was known as the “exe- cution expert” in companies he has worked with. His keen interest in company processes and desire to work on new ideas pulled him towards the field of management consulting.

During the last 10 years of consulting and training, Sandeep has worked with major FMCG and Retail companies in India and Bangladesh. He has worked on understanding com- pany’s execution challenges, identifying training needs and designing process and tools to help the sales team achieve their objectives.

He has created all formats of training content – ILT, video based training and e-learning modules. Sandeep has also delivered different formats of training programs – Classroom Training, On The Job Training and Online Training. His strong customer orientation and ability to plan and execute projects has helped in meeting challenging timelines without compromising on superior quality.
